By placing an order with wesohoney.com you are agreeing to and have read all of the following terms and conditions. Please contact us ahead of time at info@wesohoney.com if you have any questions or concerns about making a purchase.  We offer store credit only for returns.  You must email us within two days of receiving the item to let us know the issue.  We do our best to accurately describe the condition of our garments.  Always refer to our sizing guide before purchase to ensure proper fit.

 

Garment Condition

We hand select the best vintage pieces for our customers.  Each garment is cleaned and repaired as needed.  Please keep in mind that most items are at least 20 years old resulting in typical wear from cleaning, exposure and good times.  This is the expected charm of truly authentic vintage clothing.  We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we encourage you to contact us at info@wesohoney.com if you have any questions regarding an item's condition.

SHIPPING

By placing an order on wesohoney.com, you (the buyer) are responsible for all applicable shipping fees, customs and import fees.  This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.  Wesohoney.com is not responsible for lost/stolen items or for unforeseen shipping carrier delays.  Pick-up is available for local orders.

Free Shipping on orders over $150.  Standard shipping is free for domestic (US) orders of $150 or more before any applicable taxes.  Please note that orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any international shipping are ineligible for this promotion.  

Domestic Orders (US) are shipped USPS Priority Mail Monday through Friday.  Delivery confirmation with tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.  You can to track your order online 24 hours after delivery confirmation.  Please allow 6-8 business days for arrival after you have received the delivery confirmation.  Orders on average take 2-3 business day to process, package and ship.

Express Orders must be placed before 10am EST Monday through Friday to be processed, packed and shipped the following business day.  Please email us 2 business days in advance to info@wesohoney.com if you need to expedite your order.  We will send you an invoice for the delivery fee to be paid before the order can ship.

International Orders are customized per order and shipped Monday through Friday.  As international shipping prices continue to increase, it is our desire to keep your shipping fees as minimal as possible.   Please email us in advance to info@wesohoney.com before you place your order.  You will then be sent a shipping invoice customized to your order and country.  The invoice must be paid before your order ships.  Buyer is responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for arrival after you have received the delivery confirmation.  Orders on average take 2-3 business day to process, package and ship.

RETURNS

We offer store credit for returns when notified within 48 hours of delivery.  Items must be returned in the same condition.  There are no cash returns.  We take great care in providing several photos and detailed descriptions of each item.  Please refer to our sizing guide and/or contact us at info@wesohoney.com with any questions before purchase.
